Regulations of the Newsletter and Digital Services Available on the Website
§1. Preliminary Provisions
- These Regulations define the terms and conditions for the provision of the Newsletter service (in the form of digital content) via email and the provision of Digital Services available on the Website by the Provider.
- Every User and Consumer is obliged to read and accept the terms specified in the Regulations before entering into an Agreement with the Provider.
§2. Definitions
The definitions used in these Regulations should be understood as follows:
- Provider – Ecostand Gustaw Kubara, ul. Mielczarskiego 21/23, 42-202 Częstochowa, NIP 5732299567.
- User – a natural person with full legal capacity who subscribes to the Newsletter and thereby enters into an Agreement with the Provider.
- Consumer – a natural person entering into an agreement with the Provider for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person entering into an agreement with the Provider directly related to their business activity, where the content of the agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, particularly based on the scope of their business activity (as defined in CEIDG).
- Website – the online service operated by the Provider, available at: www.ecostand.pl /de /co.
- Newsletter – digital content delivered to individuals who have subscribed via the subscription form available on the Provider’s Website.
- Digital Environment – the hardware, software, and network connections used by the User to access the Newsletter and the Website.
- Subscription Form – the form available on the Website that enables the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter.
- Agreement – a remote agreement concluded with the User as part of an organized remote agreement system (including the Subscription Form on the Website) without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively one or more means of remote communication up to and including the moment of contract conclusion.
- Regulations – these regulations.
§3. Contact with the Provider
- The User may contact the Provider in particular:

- by phone at: +48 34 322 11 88, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.
§4. User’s Digital Environment
- To use the Website and subscribe to the Newsletter, the following are required: a. an end device with Internet access, an operating system, and a web browser capable of browsing web pages, b. an active email address.
- The Provider takes technical and organizational measures to ensure the User’s safe access to the Website and use of the Newsletter, particularly by preventing unauthorized access and modification of personal data.
- The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
- The Provider reserves the right to a technical break in the operation of the Website necessary for planned maintenance and server/software servicing. In the case of a planned break, Users will be clearly notified on the Website.
- The Provider is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Website, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility with the User’s Digital Environment.
§5. Subscription to the Newsletter
- The Newsletter is free of charge, and its delivery does not involve any shipping costs. The terms of this service are described on the Website.
- To receive the Newsletter, the following steps must be taken:
- complete the Newsletter subscription form available on the Provider’s Website,
- consent to data processing for sending the Newsletter, including direct marketing of the Provider’s products and services,
- read and accept these Regulations and confirm the subscription by clicking the “Subscribe” button,
- find the email from the Provider sent to the address provided in the subscription form and click the confirmation button.
- Upon confirming the willingness to receive the Newsletter, an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service is concluded.
- The Newsletter subscription agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time with immediate effect by unsubscribing via the instructions included in each Newsletter or by sending a request to the Provider via email or in writing at the address specified in §3 of the Regulations.
§6. Delivery Time of Digital Content (Newsletter)
- The Provider delivers the Newsletter to the Consumer immediately after concluding the Agreement. If the Newsletter or other digital content (e.g., lead magnet) is to be delivered at a later date, the Provider will clearly specify this in the description of the digital content on the Website.
- The digital content (including the Newsletter) is considered delivered when it has been made available to the Consumer in the form of a link for download or reading. It is considered delivered when the Consumer gains access to it.
§7. Complaints (Liability for Non-Conformity with the Agreement)
- The Provider is obliged to provide the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights with a Newsletter service in accordance with the agreement (so-called consumer warranty).
- If the Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights finds non-conformity with the agreement, they should inform the Provider, specifying their claim regarding the identified non-conformity (filing a complaint).
- The User submits complaints in writing or via email to the address specified in §3 of the Regulations.
- The Provider’s complaint processing time is 14 days from the date of a properly submitted complaint.
- The Consumer may use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims.
§8. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
- The User may withdraw from the Newsletter agreement at any time.
- To do so, the User should notify the Provider of their intention to withdraw by sending an appropriate statement in writing or electronically to the address specified in §3 of the Regulations.
§9. Copyright
- Digital content available on the Website, particularly materials included in the Newsletter, are copyrighted works and are protected by copyright law.
- The User may use the Newsletter and other content available on the Website under the principle of permitted private use.
- Unauthorized distribution may result in civil and criminal liability.
§10. Personal Data and Cookies
The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available at link.
§11. Final Provisions
- Agreements concluded by the Provider are in Polish.
- The Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important reasons, such as changes in law or the scope of service.
- These Regulations apply to agreements concluded from the date of their publication on the Website.
